Contract review against your playbook
A client's draft agreement is checked against your playbook: Hard, Soft, matches, and what the playbook doesn't cover. A person reads every clause.
A 30-second video of this flow is on the way. Until then, the demo shows it live.
What you see in the demo
- Findings are grouped Hard (a deal-breaker), Soft (ask for a change), Matches and Not covered by your playbook, with the counts at the top.
- Each finding quotes the clause with its page in the draft, the playbook rule it matched and your fallback wording.
- Flag for counsel marks a clause for your attorney. The review is labelled a draft, not legal advice: a person reads every clause.
- The contract package is filled from the fee only after the principal approves it, and redlines are visible to the principal, project manager and contracts admin. The demo playbook is a fictional sample.
Demo records use fictional sample firms.
