Bid results, competitors, win/loss

See who won and at what price, read cited write-ups on competitors, and save the lessons from each loss.

Transcript

Why did we lose the last proposal? Bid results. On Wren Harbor, Ardwell Fenn won, at $412,000. We came second. Every rival gets a cited write-up. Against us, Ardwell won one of three. Why we lost, cited to the debrief: our structural lead was part-time. Save the lesson before the next pursuit. Try it at demo.salemwise.com.

What you see in the demo
  • Bid results: rank, firm, score, result and negotiated amount, each row cited to its source page. Washington buys engineering on qualifications, so the price shown is the negotiated contract amount.
  • Competitors: where they win, who their people are, and their bids, wins and win rate against you, written from the rival's own pages with page citations.
  • Win/loss: why you lost, cited to the debrief letter, with a box to save the lesson. Your notes stay with the visit and are never sent to the AI.
  • Award history needs the principal or business development role; everyone can read competitor profiles.

Demo records use fictional sample firms.
